Account Manager

• Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the District Sales Manager to develop sales opportunities within the assigned market. • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. • Lead account growth strategy and provide regular updates to the District Sales Manager. • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights to create new sales initiatives. • Launch new stores, engaging all stakeholders and training all staff. • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive relationship. • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with accounts to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. • Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue growth and retention targets. • Account Maintenance: Ensure timely contract delivery and resolution of any logistical issues. • Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce, including customer information, communications, and sales activity. • Monitor and track key account metrics, such as GMV growth. • Use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (e.g., merchant support, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth account management. • Support the District Sales Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups. • Participate in team meetings to share account updates and contribute to strategic planning.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Sales Account Executive or equivalent experience.
- Experience in automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.
