Eye Security

• Own and manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners (broker and MSP). • Build and maintain pipeline mainly through partner engagement and follow-up on marketing and partner leads. • Apply solution selling principles: identify customer pain points and articulate value. • Recognize opportunities for market growth within assigned region and partner ecosystem. • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams and represent Eye at industry events.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience closing SaaS or software deals, with strong customer-centric discovery and solution-selling skills.
  • Expertise selling complex IT infrastructure solutions or managed services, focusing on risk reduction, continuity, and business impact.
  • Strong relationship and/or partner management skills.
  • Affinity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar).
  • Driven and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written) and willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
