• Manage asset and equipment finance applications, with a special focus on car finance. • Utilize MyCRM to maintain client records, streamline communications, and manage workflows. • Handle client correspondence through emails and bank portal systems. • Organize and access shared drives, ensuring all documents and information are securely maintained and easily accessible. • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of client and financial document management. • Establish and nurture relationships with banking partners to support client financing needs. • Conduct thorough reviews and final checks of applications to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Australian market experience is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance brokerage, specializing in asset, equipment, and car finance.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Familiarity with MyCRM or similar CRM tools for finance management.
  • Proven ability to manage and navigate bank portals efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience with shared drive management.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
