Senior Marketing Executive

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok • Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and manage remarketing campaigns for improved conversion • Implement Conversion API and tracking setups to ensure data accuracy and campaign efficiency • Run regular A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to boost CTRs and conversion rates • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators • Set up and manage marketing workflows in HubSpot • Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, etc.) and deliver insights-driven recommendations • Work closely with content and design teams to craft scroll-stopping creatives and ad copy

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Strong working knowledge of SEM, SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.), and performance marketing
  • Proven experience handling multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
