Remote Recruitment
• Develop and manage the company’s brand identity across all channels • Plan and execute PR initiatives to increase visibility and credibility within the industry • Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent, professional, and engaging content • Create and oversee marketing campaigns aligned with business and investor goals • Support outreach initiatives to new investors, partners, and strategic opportunities • Assist with the preparation of marketing and investor-facing materials • Monitor brand performance, engagement, and market perception • Work closely with leadership to align messaging with company developments and milestones
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in brand, marketing, PR, or social media roles
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement
- Experience creating content for professional or investor-facing audiences
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proactive, organised, and enthusiastic with a growth-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of brand initiatives
- Experience within mining, resources, or B2B sectors is advantageous but not essential
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
