• Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to negotiating and closing deals with app developers and advertising agencies. • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities in the mobile UA and ad-tech space. • Build and maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline. • Work closely with the CSM team and management to define targets and prioritize the right clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and identify growth opportunities. • Drive revenue growth in a performance-driven environment with clear KPIs and targets. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry players. • Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and business trips when needed. • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities and activity.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the mobile Ad Tech space, with proven hands-on experience driving Mobile App User Acquisition - A must.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, KPIs, and how UA budgets are managed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A true hunter mindset - proactive, driven, and focused on bringing in new business.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including C-level.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities in parallel, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong skills in identifying client needs and delivering tailored, performance-driven solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- BA / BSc degree.

Role Description We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in our sales organization, generate new business opportunities, and qualify leads for the sales team.
