• Translate existing recurring reports into innovative and insightful Tableau Dashboard visualizations • Enhance and harden an already extremely robust Business Intelligence layer • Develop and design new Tableau dashboards as requested by Revenue Operations, Finance and Sales Leadership to address key business challenges and KPI’s • Meet with stakeholders to ensure developed dashboards are meeting the business needs and expectations. • Utilize your SQL/ETL experience to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that optimize the use of data and analytics. • Maintain and supporting data analytics platforms while ensuring performance, security, and availability. • Train and support end-users to maximize the value of the implemented dashboards and tools.

• Develop an understanding of Roblox moderation rules and guidelines • Identify and engage with potential partners within the developer community to build and maintain a strong partnership pipeline • Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives that inspire and connect developers across regions. • Manage programs from initial concept through successful completion, setting clear goals, tracking milestones, and measuring outcomes. • Support translation and localization efforts to ensure programs, communications, and resources are accessible and culturally relevant to global audiences. • Follow established team processes while identifying opportunities to refine and improve workflows.

• Create custom Unity setups for marketing videos – Build tailor-made scenes, animations, and moments designed specifically to shine in creative video formats. • Adapt and iterate on existing game projects – Modify gameplay, pacing, and visuals to make mechanics instantly readable, engaging, and compelling on video. • Bridge creative vision with technical execution – Translate abstract creative concepts into clear, well-structured Unity scenes through smart technical and visual decisions. • Script and polish complex in-engine events – Implement camera-driven sequences, procedural animations, and scripted moments using clean, modular code. • Record, edit, and deliver gameplay footage – Capture and prepare gameplay videos for global ad campaigns and creative testing.

• Serve as the principal architect for designing data systems to support AIR’s health research projects, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reproducibility. • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of innovative data solutions, using tools such as Databricks, R, Python, Stata, SAS, and Git. • Provide strategic oversight of data management and analytics pipelines, including governance, automation, and quality assurance. • Design and implement advanced statistical programming methodologies for complex longitudinal, hierarchical, and multi-source datasets. • Act as a senior advisor to project directors, statisticians, and clients on data strategy, analytic design, and technical feasibility. • Spearhead the development of enterprise-wide programming standards, reusable assets, and documentation practices. • Mentor and coach senior programmers and analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. • Lead technical contributions to proposals, including conceptualizing analytic frameworks, developing budgets, and writing compelling technical narratives. • Represent AIR in high-level client engagements, conferences, and professional forums. • Monitor emerging technologies and trends in data science and health analytics, recommending strategic investments and innovations.
