Tableau Developer

• Translate existing recurring reports into innovative and insightful Tableau Dashboard visualizations • Enhance and harden an already extremely robust Business Intelligence layer • Develop and design new Tableau dashboards as requested by Revenue Operations, Finance and Sales Leadership to address key business challenges and KPI’s • Meet with stakeholders to ensure developed dashboards are meeting the business needs and expectations. • Utilize your SQL/ETL experience to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that optimize the use of data and analytics. • Maintain and supporting data analytics platforms while ensuring performance, security, and availability. • Train and support end-users to maximize the value of the implemented dashboards and tools.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
- Experience with SQL and ETL tools for managing and manipulating data.
- Strong experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable Tableau-driven solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Highly motivated and driven personality, passion to make a difference – can-do attitude!
