Developing programs and collateral to enable them to achieve their goals. • Ensure that your customers’ requirements are being met with our product through partnership with Product Management and Engineering • Own and report on the quarter over quarter cadence of your team while they help prospects evaluate our software with demonstrations, technical deep dives, trials and POVs. • Educating and enabling viewers, editors, and architects how to leverage the Grafana stack • Assist with building/modifying critical SLA dashboards within the production environment. • Work closely with our sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers. • Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide a feedback loop on our products and the competitive landscape • Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other public and internal enablement material

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers. • Design the observability maturity journey of customers and assist them on that path. • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance to drive adoption. • Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks to ensure client success. Assist in RCA to understand issues that affect customer satisfaction, retention, and overall product experience. • Advise clients on best practices and strategies for leveraging our technology to achieve their business goals. • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute technical roadmaps. • Identify opportunities for clients to optimize their cost, expand their use of our solutions and drive adoption of new products and features. • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • With the support of our Engagement Managers and Onboarding Solutions Architects, own customer lifecycle. • Drive the adoption and effective use of our product suite within your customer portfolio to maximize their value from our platform and ensure a strong return on investment. • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs, priorities and feature requests. • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on our technology. • Develop and deliver technical documentation, guides, and tutorials. • Work alongside account teams to participate in and/or conduct regular reviews with customers to identify areas for improvement, calculate ROI, assess their satisfaction, and discuss upcoming needs and projects. • Prepare and present reports on client metrics, achievements, and areas of focus.

• Own the design and implementation of test automation solutions, frameworks, and overall test strategy. • Define and lead test plans, test execution, and automation initiatives for products. • Support the Test Manager by providing technical leadership and guidance to the testing team. • Design and deliver testing methodologies using a broad range of testing approaches and best practices. • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of testing processes through continuous analysis across the SDLC/STLC. • Identify and recommend tools and technologies aligned with existing development ecosystems and team skill sets. • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, libraries, and reusable components. • Own test infrastructure, environments, and tooling, collaborating with DevOps and Support teams (CI/CD, environments, budgets). • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to QA and other business teams. • Define and standardize testing architecture, methodologies, processes, and tools across engagements. • Support and optimize automation scripts and recommend improvements in tools, techniques, and methodologies. • Collaborate with product teams to define long-term test automation strategies, roadmaps, tools, and frameworks. • Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools for different products and applications. • Work closely with QA teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall product quality. • Develop automation strategies for regression testing based on complexity, reusability, and technical analysis. • Adapt effectively to change, ambiguity, and evolving project demands.
