• Definir y evolucionar arquitecturas basadas en Clean Architecture, Arquitectura Hexagonal y Domain-Driven Design (DDD) . • Documentar la arquitectura utilizando modelos estándar como UML y C4 Model . • Diseñar e integrar servicios mediante APIs REST/GraphQL y mecanismos de mensajería o comunicación asíncrona . • Aplicar principios SOLID, patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas orientadas a la mantenibilidad, extensibilidad y resiliencia . • Supervisar estrategias de contenedorización (Docker), orquestación y despliegue . • Definir, implementar y controlar pipelines CI/CD para integración y despliegue continuo. • Incorporar controles de seguridad desde la etapa de diseño (security by design). • Optimizar rendimiento, escalabilidad y uso eficiente de recursos . • Definir mecanismos de observabilidad, monitoreo y trazabilidad . • Diseñar integraciones y despliegues en entornos cloud y automatizar infraestructura (IaC).

• Own the design and implementation of test automation solutions, frameworks, and overall test strategy. • Define and lead test plans, test execution, and automation initiatives for products. • Support the Test Manager by providing technical leadership and guidance to the testing team. • Design and deliver testing methodologies using a broad range of testing approaches and best practices. • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of testing processes through continuous analysis across the SDLC/STLC. • Identify and recommend tools and technologies aligned with existing development ecosystems and team skill sets. • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, libraries, and reusable components. • Own test infrastructure, environments, and tooling, collaborating with DevOps and Support teams (CI/CD, environments, budgets). • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to QA and other business teams. • Define and standardize testing architecture, methodologies, processes, and tools across engagements. • Support and optimize automation scripts and recommend improvements in tools, techniques, and methodologies. • Collaborate with product teams to define long-term test automation strategies, roadmaps, tools, and frameworks. • Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools for different products and applications. • Work closely with QA teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall product quality. • Develop automation strategies for regression testing based on complexity, reusability, and technical analysis. • Adapt effectively to change, ambiguity, and evolving project demands.

• Decompose the project into technical tasks, define implementation plans, and assign tasks to development teams. • Provide technical leadership for solution delivery and coordinate internal teams and external contractors. • Ensure compliance with approved architectural solutions, technical standards, and design principles. • Make key technical and architectural decisions. • Lead and manage teams responsible for integrations and related system components. • Organize and control deployments across multiple environments (DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD). • Manage data migration from the existing core banking system to the new platform. • Prepare and support pilot rollout, load and performance testing, acceptance testing, and production go-live and commissioning. • Ensure system support during the post-production phase and drive further system evolution. • Drive integration of new components into the overall system landscape. • Take full responsibility for the final result, stable system operation, maintenance, and development.
