• Lead and guide a team of highly skilled protection and control engineers. • Oversee the full project lifecycle for protection and control system, feature design, specification, simulation, modeling, implementation. • Champion the adoption of new technologies for digital substation to enhance grid automation and protection. • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support integration of protection algorithms into products.

• Working with the wider Dynamics team, analyse business requirements, recommend solutions and lead local project teams to improve processes using Dynamics 365 and related software. • Develop solutions to meet service levels and management information required by the business. • Work with the Dynamics team implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management in all Lucy Electric businesses to promote Group processes and standardisation. • Engage with the business to assess high level business needs and priorities, elicit business requirements, and prepare documentation and technical specifications. • Act as a champion to enable modern business practices within the finance domain. • Act as an advocate for the adoption of digital technologies and ensure business benefits are realised by measuring the impact of change within the business. • Arrange and engage in rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Acceptance Into Service (AIS) testing.

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Beaker Epic software • Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications • Supports and maintains environments or applications using domain knowledge • Configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized, comprehensive workflows • Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems • Consistently contributes to and manages portions of projects within the assigned area • Independently initiates process improvement • Works with clinical, business, and technical resources in a positive, supportive, and collaborative manner • Creates and maintains documentation and training materials regarding the implementation of applications

• Own system-level technical intent from early design through deployment, ensuring alignment across engineering, deployment, and operations teams. • Define system architectures covering interactions between robots, AI and optimization layers, control software, and external systems. • Design and document integrations with customer IT systems, including WMS, WCS, WES, ERP, and other automation platforms using APIs, events, and data models. • Collaborate closely with robotics, software, controls, and deployment engineers to validate technical feasibility and system behavior. • Serve as the primary technical expert for robotic piece picking engagements, working directly with customers to understand their business objectives, operational flows, and constraints. • Translate customer requirements into end-to-end system architectures that balance performance, scalability, cost, and risk, while aligning with AutoStore’s robotic piece picking product portfolio. • Support pre-sales team to analyze customer operations to evaluate optimized robotic piece picking solutions. • Evaluate system architectures based on value, cost, functionality, feasibility, and operational risk. • Support system configuration, testing, validation, and operational readiness, including UAT and performance testing. • Analyze system performance data, logs, and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, edge cases, and improvement opportunities. • Create and maintain technical documentation such as system diagrams, process flows, solution descriptions, and requirements specifications. • Contribute to design standards, best practices, MRS and project documentation for robotic piece picking solutions.
