• Overseeing and managing specific IT infrastructure projects within the organization. • Developing detailed project plans for IT infrastructure projects, including resources, timelines, and budget. • Managing project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budgets. • Identifying and managing potential risks and issues that could impact project success. • Ensuring clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including project teams, management, vendors, and other departments. • Managing relationships with vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, issue resolution, and performance evaluation. • Overseeing quality control processes within the project to ensure the final product meets the project requirements and quality standards. • Providing regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and management. • Documenting project processes and outcomes for future reference and learning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies such as networking, servers, databases, and cloud services.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments in IT infrastructure technologies and project management methodologies.

Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support engineer based in Athens to join our fast-growing IT team in a company that revolutionizes the way that credit risk is managed. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote support to EXUS' Employees with the required IT services, as well as maintaining the company's critical infrastructure up and running. - Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Maintain and support the organization’s internal network and IT infrastructure, including: - Cloud servers, Hyper-V, and Windows Server (2019 and later) - FortiGate firewalls in High Availability (HA) configuration - Administer identity and access management through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. - Manage backup solutions using Azure Backup and CommVault. - Ensure the availability, stability, and reliability of all critical IT services and infrastructure. - Configure, monitor, and maintain FortiGate firewalls to ensure network security and compliance. - Support and administer cloud-based platforms and services, including Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and SFTP systems. - Deliver daily user support through the Jira Ticketing System (Atlassian), ensuring adherence to SLAs and best practices. - Implement, manage, and onboard endpoints at scale using: - Microsoft Intune & Intune Suite - Windows Autopilot - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint - Microsoft Copilot for Security - Manage user access and permissions, including: - Account creation, modification, and deactivation - Access control across systems, applications, and cloud services - Enforcement of least-privilege and security best practices - Conduct regular reviews and audits of user access rights to ensure compliance with internal policies. - Act as a key point of contact for external partners and vendors, supporting procurement, reviewing commercial offers, and managing vendor relationships.
