B2B Sales Executive

Remote Recruitment

• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based small to mid-sized B2B accounts • Sell into garden centres, independent gift shops, speciality retailers, and regional stockists • Conduct professional video calls and virtual meetings with UK buyers and owners • Build long-term relationships through rapport-driven, consultative selling • Manage outbound and inbound sales activity using a CRM system • Follow up consistently with leads and existing customers via email and calls • Confidently handle pricing, margins, and unit-level calculations • Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling, and seasonal gifting ranges • Maintain accurate CRM records of pipelines, conversations, and deal stages • Collaborate closely with the internal UK team to onboard and support accounts • Represent the brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism at all times

Job Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience selling: (Food, gifting, FMCG, or speciality retail products and Directly into small to mid-sized retailers, such as: Gift shops. Garden Centers, Lifestyle retailers)
  • Demonstrable experience selling into the UK market (UK buyers and decision-makers)
  • Experience managing relationship-led sales, not just transactional or high-volume deals
  • Comfortable conducting video calls and virtual meetings with UK clients (No fake or virtual backgrounds — professional presence is essential)
  • Strong written English, with the ability to write clear, confident, and persuasive sales emails
  • Numerically confident — able to calculate unit pricing, margins, and case costs
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and follow-ups
  • Confident, personable, and skilled at building rapport and trust with smaller buyers
  • Tenacious and self-motivated, with a clear understanding of commission-based sales
  • Professional appearance and communication style suitable for UK retail customers.
