Technical Zoho Consultant – HR Digitalization Projects

Digital HR Ecosystem GmbH

• Support Swiss companies in successfully implementing their HR digitalization initiatives • Work hands-on in HR digitalization projects, translating business requirements into robust, scalable Zoho-based solutions • Technical implementation and customization of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics • Configure and optimize HR and recruiting workflows according to customer requirements • Develop custom logic, automations, and integrations using Deluge • Assist in designing end-to-end HR and recruiting solutions within the Zoho ecosystem • Build reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools where required • Provide technical support during customer projects, including testing, troubleshooting, and optimization • Collaborate with HR consultants, Business Development, and project stakeholders • Contribute to best practices, templates, and reusable solution components

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience working with the Zoho ecosystem, specifically:
  • Zoho People
  • Zoho Recruit
  • Zoho CRM
  • Zoho Creator
  • Zoho Analytics
  • Solid hands-on experience with Deluge scripting (required)
  • Experience implementing workflows, automations, and custom applications
  • Good understanding of HR and recruiting processes is a strong advantage
  • Experience with system integrations and data structures
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style
  • Very good English; German is a strong plus.
