Manager – Data Transformation & Analytics

CrossCountry Consulting

• Bring a diligence mindset to build innovative solutions for clients looking to leverage data for performance analytics and insights. • Provide strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders. • Perform data extraction, transformation, modeling, data visualization, benchmarking, and various descriptive and predictive analyses. • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients. • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate with firm leadership. • Lead high-performing teams in data analytics, consulting, and/or private equity. • Cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones. • Develop strong working relationships with clients and guide them along their analytics journey. • Develop and support thought leadership and intellectual capital using data and insights. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the fast-growing practice. • Coach, mentor, and develop team members. • Suggest methods and leverage tools to automate the client’s end-to-end process. • Contribute to the creation of forecasting and predictive analytics models. • Lead data-driven discussions in management meetings to communicate complex data findings.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive ability and proven skills in data processing tools such as Alteryx, PowerQuery, Excel, SQL, Python, in addition to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to draw meaningful insights from robust underlying data.
  • Experience in SaaS, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail and/or Professional Services industries.
  • Experience with advanced analytical methods, including statistical pricing studies, customer lifetime value analyses, geospatial analyses, and statistical clustering analyses.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
  • A passion for developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Demonstrated interest in consulting and experience working in a fast-paced mergers and acquisitions environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • A strong academic record, including coursework relevant to the position.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and assisting project teams in resolving complex and multi-faceted issues.
  • Experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs including experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Transactions experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.
  • Minimum 5 years of total relevant experience involving a combination of financial due diligence for transaction services and data analytics.
