Junior Performance Marketer

DOONAILS - We're hiring!

• Support for spend management of Meta campaigns across multiple international markets (e.g., Italy (IT), France (FR), Switzerland (CH), Netherlands (NL)) • Monitoring of relevant KPIs and support with optimization measures • Analysis of creative performance across different countries • Support in identifying top performers and deriving learnings • Input on landing pages regarding content, structure and conversion optimization • Collaboration with internal teams to improve the overall marketing funnel • Assistance with managing and growing our TikTok channel • Participation in testing new performance channels such as Pinterest and Outbrain

Job Requirements

  • Initial experience with Meta Ads, ideally at an agency or startup and with a focus on performance marketing
  • Knowledge of tracking tools such as Attribute, Triple Whale, Tracify and Google Analytics
  • Data-driven approach and the ability to use results to improve campaigns
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
