• Own the end-to-end production and standardization of **300+ deliverables annually**, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery • Develop and refine acquisition and program documentation (templates, guides, SOPs, reports, briefings, and other formal deliverables) • Ensure documents meet **Section 508 compliance** requirements and are accessible, properly formatted, and publication-ready • Establish and enforce documentation standards (style guides, templates, version control, naming conventions, review workflows) • Edit and quality-check documents for clarity, accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness • Coordinate inputs and reviews across multiple stakeholders to drive timely approvals and reduce rework • Maintain document libraries and support continuous improvement of documentation processes

• Act as the primary translator between LILT’s high-level computational breakthroughs and our global audience. • Collaborate as a peer with our Research Team. • Digest market whitepapers, published papers, experimental data, and new LLMs to produce technical marketing material, research blogs, and "State of the Art" reports. • Gather information, write, and review content for the LILT Knowledge Base, ensuring technical accuracy in descriptions of our LLM Benchmarks, model assessments, and adaptive AI products. • Liaise with GTM to produce content for a variety of consumers, from technical customers, buyers, product leaders, and enterprise AI leaders. • Use your industry knowledge to inform content and informational messaging strategies, whether for pitch decks or for advertising.

Role Description As a Software Technical Writer, you will create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for software products. This role involves working closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to translate complex technical concepts into manuals, API documentation, user guides, installation procedures, and release notes. - Work closely with other writers, product managers, engineers, and the User Experience (UX) team in an Agile development environment. - Produce in-app assistance, help guides, interactive training, and videos for administrators, users, and developers. - Craft content for end users. - Quickly learn complex technologies. - Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail. - Experience with XML-based authoring tools such as Oxygen. - Experience with source control software such as Perforce or Git. - Excellent problem solver. - Strong advocate for the customer. - Collaborate and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines. - Strong team player with excellent communication skills. - Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development, Operations and Support). - Work with different teams and vendors to build a strong document library for the Organizational teams. Qualifications - Familiarity with authoring tools: Madcap Flare, Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen XML (a plus). - Expertise in MS Word. - Creating templates. - Formatting and creating consistent styles across documents. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - Expertise in SharePoint. - File sharing and collaboration strategies in SharePoint (e.g., check-in/check-out files). - Familiarity in creating, using, and updating style guides. - Ability to collaborate with other technical writers on reviewing deliverables. - 3 – 5 years’ experience in reviewing/editing deliverables.
