Technical Writer

NOVA Corporation

• Research, write, edit, and maintain technical documentation • Develop user guides, system manuals, standard operating procedures, and reports • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content • Ensure documentation complies with Section 508 accessibility standards • Maintain version control and documentation repositories • Support documentation updates for system changes and releases • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship (required)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher background investigation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • Experience producing technical documentation for IT systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
