Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Own end-to-end billing and accounts receivable processes • Create, review, and send accurate invoices via Stripe • Charge clients, track payments, and confirm successful transactions • Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding balances • Review Stripe activity daily (payments, failed charges, payouts) • Maintain precise alignment between Stripe and internal spreadsheets • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and AR reports • Identify opportunities to streamline billing and reconciliation workflows
Job Requirements
- Experience with Stripe billing and invoicing
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and payment follow-ups
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working daily in Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong written communication with a friendly, professional tone
- Ability to work independently and self-manage priorities
- Experience with QuickBooks or future accounting integrations (Nice-to-Have)
