• Enregistrer et suivre les commandes clients dans l’ERP. • Coordonner les délais avec la production et informer les clients de l’avancement. • Gérer les expéditions nationales, internationales et DOM/TOM en lien avec les transitaires. • Préparer et suivre la documentation export (certificats d’origine, VOC/COC, inspections…). • Assurer les échanges EDI, la facturation et le suivi des litiges transport. • Répondre aux demandes des clients et garantir une communication fiable. • Maintenir la qualité et la mise à jour des données clients dans l’ERP. • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus ADV.

Job Requirements

  • niveau Bac+2 dans le domaine gestion commerciale avec 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste identique
  • Maîtrise des crédits documentaires (L/C) et cautions.
  • Connaissance des formalités douanières et des flux internationaux.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautique (Word, Excel…), ERP, EDI
  • Niveau anglais : B1 ou B2

Role Description The Property Administrator is responsible for supporting the department with a variety of administrative duties. Reporting to the Property Coordinator and working directly for the Property team, the Property Administrator provides help and support where required.
