Compensation & Benefits Administrator

Evolve

• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans • Serve as a primary contact for employee compensation and benefits questions and issue resolution • Process compensation changes related to merit increases, promotions, job changes, and market adjustments • Support commission, incentive, and bonus payments by ensuring accurate calculations and coordination with Payroll • Maintain and audit compensation and benefits data within the HRIS (Rippling experience strongly preferred) • Partner with Payroll, Finance, brokers, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely execution of programs • Support annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes, including employee education and enrollment support • Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable regulations and internal policies • Prepare routine reports and assist with audits related to compensation and benefits programs • Identify opportunities to improve documentation, processes, and employee understanding as programs evolve

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or People Operations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of transactional work
  • HRIS experience required; Rippling experience strongly preferred
  • Experience partnering with Payroll, Finance, vendors, and external providers
  • Clear, professional, and empathetic communication style
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Preferred: Professional certification such as CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), or PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources/Senior Professional in HR)

Role Description The Property Administrator is responsible for supporting the department with a variety of administrative duties. Reporting to the Property Coordinator and working directly for the Property team, the Property Administrator provides help and support where required.
