Product Marketing Specialist

• Work with the Head of Product Marketing to develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans for new and existing products, timed to business priorities. • Create compelling, differentiated product messaging tailored to distinct buyer groups, segments, and industry verticals. • Develop clear campaign briefs and collaborate with demand generation on execution. • Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints — website, email, sales decks, and collateral. • Produce high-quality sales assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, brochures, product videos, objection-handling guides, and FAQs that support every stage of the sales cycle. • Maintain regular updates of competitive battlecards, objection-handling guidance, and positioning materials in response to market shifts. • Define and evolve beqom’s USPs in collaboration with Product, ensuring they resonate with buyer needs and market dynamics. • Create monthly analysis and progress reports on product marketing activity, with clear metrics and KPIs. • Design, coordinate, and deliver field enablement programmes that support product launches, messaging updates, and major GTM initiatives. • Partner with Product to roll out product updates in an actionable, field-friendly format. • Champion a culture of continuous learning and field empowerment across the commercial organisation through sales accreditation programmes. • Develop, maintain, and evolve a central library of enablement content and resources. • Track adoption and impact of enablement programmes and iterate based on feedback and performance data. • Act as a trusted partner to commercial colleagues, ensuring consistent articulation of product value across all touchpoints. • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless market integration. • Work in close alignment with the Growth Marketing team to coordinate campaigns, sales plays, and promotional activities that build product awareness and generate leads in targeted markets. • Partner with Sales and Product Management to develop bespoke materials that support growth opportunities with major clients.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing or a closely related role in B2B tech, with a strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys.
  • Demonstrable experience crafting messaging and supporting go-to-market for portfolio products.
  • Experience with product launches and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience supporting software product lifecycle communications including general availability and release communications.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset — able to identify pain points and translate them into compelling marketing strategies.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills — you can move from idea to action with clarity and pace.
  • An AI-first mindset, actively exploring how GenAI tools can improve and accelerate your work.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Bonus points if you have experience in the HR tech space or selling into HR and Finance buyers.
  • Fluent in French

Key Responsibilities - Go-to-Market Strategy - Lead the development of IntelliSep marketing campaigns, aligning tactics with strategic objectives and stakeholder-specific messaging. - Drive go-to-market execution for new clinical evidence, translating data into differentiated, compliant, and commercially relevant messaging. - Develop launch plans, timelines, and internal communications to ensure coordinated execution across teams. - Maintain a deep and current understanding of Cytovale’s clinical evidence base and the competitive sepsis diagnostics landscape to inform positioning and messaging. - Work collaboratively across departments to ensure evidence generation, marketing promotion, and field team communications are consistent and reinforce each other. - Commercialization and Sales Enablement - Own development and ongoing optimization of sales enablement materials, including slide decks, one-pagers, customer testimonials, and other core commercial assets. - Ensure materials clearly articulate Cytovale’s value proposition, clinical evidence, and competitive differentiation across stakeholder audiences. - Incorporate Voice of Customer insights into messaging, materials, and program development. - Partner with Sales and Sales Leadership to identify gaps, test messaging, and continuously improve commercial effectiveness. - Support commercial training initiatives by developing high-quality content and enabling field readiness. - Speakers Bureau and Scientific Programs - Manage and scale the IntelliSep Speakers Bureau, including speaker onboarding, training, content alignment, and deployment. - Collaborate directly with speakers to develop and execute national scientific and educational programs, including webinars and symposia. - Ensure speaker content remains current, accurate, compliant, and aligned with Cytovale’s strategic narrative. - Track program effectiveness and identify opportunities to increase impact and reach.
