- We are looking for an Accounting Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes.
- Mission: Oversee a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of accounting and tax services. Lead a team of junior and senior accountants to achieve a high client satisfaction.
- Outcomes:
- Provide accounting and tax services to a portfolio of Australian startup and SME clients
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
- BAS preparation and submission
- Tax return preparation and submission
- Provide supervision and control for remote bookkeeping clients
- Advising and engaging with clients on various accounting & taxation matters
- Hire, train, nurture and grow a team of like minded accountants
- To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients.

- Team management - hiring, training, nurturing a team of ambitious accountants
- Managing a portfolio of SME clients with scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services
- Excellent command of client communication and delivery organisation
