• Responding to and managing client experience inquiries in our various channels • Complete ongoing clerical, administrative, and routine tasks to keep our day to day client experience operations running smoothly • Track performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by assisting with the collection of data and explaining the “why” of what happens • Facilitate regular interviews with users to collect feedback and insights to better serve our audience
• Product Catalog Maintenance: Collaborate with the Merchandise Team to update and maintain the product catalog, ensuring product descriptions, images, and other relevant information are current and accurate. • Item Set Up: Accurately enter product information and pricing into our database system. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly. • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the merchandise team in San Francisco. Provide regular updates on tasks, projects, and any challenges encountered. • Ad Hoc Support: Provide support to the merchandise team as needed, including assisting with special projects, conducting research, and performing other administrative tasks.

• As an early Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build internal and customer-facing services for processing customer orders and establish key design patterns/guidelines for all backend workloads. • Create new user experiences, optimize warehouse and logistics operations, and improve data insights to better serve our customers.

• Design, build, and scale full-stack applications with technologies like Next.js, React Query, TailwindCSS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. • Drive technical direction: influence architecture, make trade-offs, and establish engineering standards that balance speed and scalability. • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and operations to deliver solutions end-to-end, from UI to backend services. • Translate Figma designs into seamless, interactive experiences while ensuring backend integrations are robust and performant. • Use data to drive impact: A/B test, instrument, and iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes. • Multiply team effectiveness: mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and raise the technical bar. • Ensure quality and reliability: drive testing and automation across the stack (Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library, integration tests). • Own deployment and operations: manage apps on Netlify, AWS, or equivalent, and build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. • Champion engineering culture: set standards around performance, security, accessibility, and technical excellence.
• Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Webflow-hosted website • Work directly with design to build engaging web content • Build systematic, reusable components aligned with our design system • Ensure pages are responsive, fast, and production-ready across all devices • Support landing pages, redesigns, and iterative improvements • Ensure pages are properly structured for search engine crawlability and indexing (meta tags, page hierarchy, schema basics) • Own the CRO experimentation roadmap — identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, and prioritizing tests • Implement A/B tests and CRO experiments end-to-end • Ensure test variants are isolated, stable, and correctly deployed • Validate that experiment events and conversion tracking fire correctly • Analyze results, draw conclusions, and iterate • Monitor page performance, usability, and conversion behavior • Catch issues and regressions before they become problems • Maintain high-quality standards for everything that ships • Partner with Growth to align experimentation priorities with business goals • Collaborate closely with Design to bring their vision to life accurately • Communicate tradeoffs and constraints clearly

Operations - You will own your team’s operational functions including shift scheduling, schedule compliance, box completion, time off/sick time, and timesheet approvals. Work Directly with Founding Team - Provide feedback on team performance, share learnings, insights, and ideas for improvements. Hiring - Assess new stylist candidates, conduct interviews, and scale your team. Training - Train, coach, and design programs for an engaging onboarding experience. Team Building - build community within the Styling team and integrate Stylists into the broader company.
