Payroll Analyst II
Akamai Technologies
• Managing payroll for assigned countries in EMEA • Reconciling payroll calculations prepared by the Payroll Providers for accuracy • Providing excellent customer service for Akamai's employees, managers, and other Stakeholders by supporting then in payroll related questions • Supporting Payroll Year End activities • Administering Time & Attendance system for Payroll calculation process • Ensuring compliance with all SOX controls • Taking part in other Payroll and Time & Attendance projects • Identifying and implementing payroll process improvements and best practices
Job Requirements
- Have relevant professional payroll experience including knowledge of payroll in EMEA, i.e. UK, France, Germany or others
- Be a detail-oriented person
- Possess exceptional data analysis skills in Microsoft Excel
- Be a team player, demonstrate effective business-partnering skills, particularly with HR, GL Teams
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
