• Focus on serving the hygiene and cleaning channel; • Customer prospecting: actively seek new customers through various strategies; • Product presentation: demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of the products you represent, adapting your approach to the specific needs of each prospective customer; • Negotiation of commercial terms: negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts and other contractual conditions with the aim of closing profitable sales for both parties; • Closing sales: finalize sales agreements and ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time through effective follow-up of all stages; • Providing customer support: deliver post-sale support, resolving any customer issues or questions and ensuring ongoing satisfaction; • Relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships by cultivating trust, understanding needs and being available to assist, thereby helping to secure brand loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Registration with the Regional Council of Sales Representatives;
- Basic knowledge of finance, profit margin, production costs and ROI;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service;
- Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail;
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM and social media);
- Customer relationship management skills;
- Availability to travel within the regions of Ribeirão Preto, São José do Rio Preto, Bauru, Campinas, Jundiaí, São Paulo/SP and Goiânia/GO.
