• Client prospecting: actively seek new customers through a variety of strategies; • Product presentations: demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of the products you represent, adapting your approach to the specific needs of each prospective client; • Commercial negotiations: negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts and other contractual conditions to close mutually profitable sales; • Closing sales: finalize sales agreements and ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time by effectively following up on all stages; • Customer support: provide after-sales support, resolving any customer issues or questions to ensure ongoing satisfaction; • Relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships, cultivate trust, understand client needs and be available to assist them, aiming to secure brand loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Registration with the Regional Council of Representatives;
- Basic knowledge of finance, profit margins, production costs and ROI;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service;
- Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail;
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM and social media);
- Customer relationship management skills;
- Willingness to travel within the São José do Rio Preto, Votuporanga, Fernandópolis and Araçatuba regions (São Paulo state).
