Job Description

Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Alithya

• Provide Oracle HCM offshore techno-functional consulting services; • Coordinate with functional leads to convert client data for all HCM modules and to create Fast Formulas as per the scope of the project; • Monitor conversion statistics and issues; • Develop and test Fast Formulas.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with HCM conversions and Fast Formulas;
  • Minimum 1 full implementation as a Core HR conversion resource;
  • Experience with HDL and HSDL;
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS;
  • Knowledge of Fast Formula development and conversion processes;
  • Familiarity with the following Cloud modules: Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Labor;
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely;
  • Strong work effort planning and prioritization skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Extra edge
  • 1 full implementation as a Payroll conversion resource, including mid-year balances;
  • Oracle certification;
  • Additional Cloud module experience.
