Solutions Architect
Lakeside Software
• Support pre sales and post sales technical activities for customers and partners, collaborating closely with global Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams. • Participate in technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, requirements, and success criteria. • Deliver technical demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture discussions aligned to customer use cases. • Assist with proof of value engagements, pilots, and deployments, including configuration support and troubleshooting. • Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers during onboarding and early adoption phases. • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to relay customer feedback, identify technical gaps, and support continuous product improvement. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge assets. • Support partner and internal enablement through technical training and solution education.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in a Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role within enterprise software environments.
- Strong understanding of Windows endpoints, application performance, virtual desktops, and enterprise IT systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical environments and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with global, cross functional teams.
- Willingness to work with overlapping time zones to support global customers.

This is a unique opportunity to define the solutions engineering function from the ground up—partnering directly with the founders, sales leadership, and customers. You will work with other Solutions Architects to establish best practices for technical discovery, solution design, demos, and PoVs—laying the foundation for a world-class solutions engineering team. Responsibilities Partner with account executives and founders to engage and win prospective customers, leading technical discovery and tailoring solutions to customer needs. Design and deliver compelling demos and proof-of-value that showcase the value of Ciroos in real-world enterprise environments. Serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers, bridging the gap between SRE/DevOps/Platform teams and business outcomes Translate complex enterprise environments (multi-cloud, Kubernetes, observability stacks, incident workflows) into solution architectures leveraging Ciroos. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and accelerate customer success. Author reusable technical assets—demo environments, playbooks, solution briefs, and integration guides.
