• Gestión integral de campañas de Mercado Ads / Product Ads • Análisis y seguimiento de KPIs clave: ROAS, ACOS, NMV, NSI , entre otros • Toma de decisiones autónomas basadas en métricas (pausar, escalar, optimizar campañas) • Optimización continua de campañas y manejo eficiente de presupuestos • Monitoreo permanente del desempeño de cuentas • Análisis estadístico y elaboración de conclusiones accionables • Comunicación clara de resultados y performance • Trabajo con múltiples cuentas de e-commerce

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años gestionando campañas de Mercado Ads en agencias certificadas de Mercado Libre
  • Certificaciones oficiales de la Academia de Mercado Ads aprobadas
  • Experiencia comprobable en Mercado Libre
  • Perfil analítico , con fuerte comprensión de KPIs y estadística aplicada.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y orientada a resultados
  • Disponibilidad full-time y compromiso con un rol fijo.
