• Manage the calendar, meetings (agendas, notes), documents and document structures, reviews, follow-up actions, travel • Coordinate internal and cross-functional communication • Supporting team procedures & helping establish new ones • Communication support with external partners, partner search • Support marketing project tracking, progress • Reporting of key weekly/monthly/quarterly performance information • And other assignment tasks
Job Requirements
- Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Eager to learn and grow (in marketing or management area)
- Fluency in English language.
