• Importing, cleansing, transforming, validating, aggregating and analyzing data from various sources • Designing and implementing complex reports and dashboards according to stakeholder needs and user specifications • Transforming data into usable formats in reports using subject matter expertise on the clinical or financial domains • Translating business needs into technical specifications • Designing, implementing and supporting data modeling and data warehousing projects • Developing and optimizing data transformations to import and export data from operational systems, vendor applications and data warehouses • Writing complex queries, filters and acting as administrator for the reporting platform • Preparing design specifications and functional documentation for assigned business intelligence projects • Managing and maintaining authorization and authentication for users of the reports and dashboards

• Own the Standard Reporting Suite: Collaborate with data scientists and developers to design, refine, and conduct rigorous quality assurance on all 'off-the-shelf' reports • Drive Business Intelligence (BI): Leverage Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to extract, clean, analyze, and visualize data, delivering critical, actionable insights during customer-facing meetings • Establish a Custom Reporting Strategy: Partner with customer-facing teams to translate complex business and clinical questions into technical requirements, and design and govern a scalable system for the creation and organization of custom reports • Support Data Operations & Reliability: Triage customer-reported issues using Datadog logs, metrics, and traces; diagnose data issues versus product defects, collaborating with engineering on resolution, and contribute to root cause analysis and recurring issue prevention

• Lead and develop complex data model designs for business intelligence tools • Serve as mentor to colleagues by sharing knowledge and skillsets pertinent to a successful analytics team • Lead the conversation of customer requests into technical requirements • Conduct hands-on analysis, ensuring deliverable commitments are met • Work with operational teams on developing reporting/dashboard solutions and analyses • Enable process improvement, new product adoption, and other enhancements • Research and identify operational business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow development of the data or reporting solution needed • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including product management, business development, customer service, and clients • Analyze healthcare data including medical procedures, health conditions, and provider practices • Apply statistical, predictive modeling, and/or data mining techniques to develop analytical solutions • Create complex but easy to use data models for end-users to create data analytics products such as dashboards and reports • Work with engineering teams to enhance data model, improve ETL methodologies, and optimize cloud computing performance • Create interactive BI dashboards and visualizations • Apply business acumen to enhance data cleaning and curation methodologies • Identify data abnormalities and their root causes, suggest possible steps for mitigation • Assess and explain impact of data and methodology changes on analysis results to technical and non-technical audience • Identify opportunities for process improvement

• Design, enhance, and support interactive BI reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Power BI • Create and maintain semantic models, calculations, and metrics using DAX and Power Query • Develop, tune, and maintain SQL-based data transformations to support reporting and analytics • Consolidate and harmonize data from enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, data lakes, and other structured sources • Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to convert reporting needs into scalable BI solutions • Reduce manual reporting effort by automating data preparation, refreshes, and delivery processes • Analyze and resolve data, performance, and usability issues across reports and datasets • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal governance and control standards • Produce and maintain technical documentation and end-user guidance for BI assets • Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with operational requirements • Provide on-call or after-hours support during limited, business-critical periods when required
