• Manage ongoing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis. • Evaluate and manage financial aspects of key strategic projects, providing insight into project viability, funding, and risk management. • Apply advanced analytical techniques to financial data, enabling predictive insights, trend analysis, and strategic forecasting. • Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports. • Develop and present financial analysis both visually and verbally to business leaders. • Conduct detailed analyses for purposes of investment initiatives and capital allocation.

• Serve as the contact and advocate between assigned Service Line Directors and Practice Managers • Proven analytical skills needed to prepare and analyze monthly reports • Communicate results of analysis to Service Line Directors and Patient Financial Services Senior Leadership • Facilitate meetings to determine corrective steps to resolve denials • Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports needed by Revenue Cycle Leadership • Research payer billing guidelines for specific services • Provide in-depth knowledge and determine best Epic system build options • Analyze outstanding accounts receivable and credits • Participate in complex projects related to denial initiatives • Develop, trend, and report monthly and annual statistical reporting dashboards • Educate staff regarding billing operations and 3rd party regulations • Analyze work queues and other system reports

• Coordinates import activities of freight and logistics with emphasis on accuracy, timelines and services. • Analyzes and produces in-depth reports. • Processes all palletized cargo call tags. • Submits all parcel shipment claims. • Requests Proof of Delivery from all carriers (Export all modes, Import air freight and WAI transfers). • Coordinates all domestic supplier LTL and parcel pickups. • Processes export documents of all parcel orders. • Handles Shipping/Warehouse Department inquiries (IT ticket resolution). • Collects, monitors and studies business data to create custom reports that support recommendations to control freight cost and improve logistics processes. • Interprets data on logistics elements, such as availability, maintainability, reliability, supply chain management or strategic sourcing or distribution, supplier management, or transportation. • Promotes a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and cross-training initiatives to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development. • Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.

• Works collaboratively as part of a project team(s); • Creates and updates project management materials under the direction of assigned project manager(s). • Responds to the needs of the team and client preferences to meet all delivery commitments on time and accurately. • Actively communicates time availability, constraints and progress on deliverables to project manager(s), engaging the project manager(s) and practice leader as needed to enhance team communication and ensure all project deliverables are met and that client project expectations are met or exceeded. • Responsible for documenting discussions during client meetings and sharing with the team. • Records and updates meeting minutes for distribution as appropriate. • Update Compensation process documentation and support maintenance of intellectual property (e.g., templates, market data, sales materials) as requested by project manager(s) and practice leader. • Attend regular team meetings, contribute thoughts and ideas to advance the team’s goals and productivity. • Accurate and timely time tracking to align with business objectives and client-metrics. • Keeps detailed and accurate track of time spent on project work and other responsibilities daily using our shared tools. • Keep current and engaged with the compensation industry by taking advantage of available training and learning resources, actively seeking published documentation as needed and seeking guidance and coaching from leaders as appropriate.
