Job Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience
- Experience with DataDog, CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms
- Knowledge of Empower’s core applications (PSC, Participant Web, CSAS, IVR, OnBase) is a plus
