• Act as a key contributor in creating, maintaining and evolving documentation for our digital products, serving as a vital link between technical teams, product teams and end users, ensuring complex information is translated clearly, accurately and accessibly. • Create, review and maintain technical and functional documentation for software products (manuals, guides, FAQs, help centers, release notes, APIs, workflows and processes). • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused content. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Support and QA teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of information. • Structure and standardize documentation according to best practices and the company’s global guidelines. • Ensure documentation is kept up to date with new versions, releases and product changes. • Support continuous improvement initiatives for the user experience through well-structured content. • Use documentation, version control and content management tools. • Create, record and edit instructional and technical videos, including system tutorials, feature demonstrations, video lessons and internal training, as well as audiovisual materials that support documentation.

Role Description We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to its continued growth. Location and type of contract: - Warsaw (Poland) - fully remote work (B2B contract) Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders; - Translate high-level goals into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria; - Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with product managers; - Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams; - Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities; - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; - Support QA teams with test case validation and UAT coordination; - Help define and track key metrics and KPIs for product success. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a software development environment; - Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements; - Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); - Experience working closely with developers, designers, and product managers; - Proven experience in a product owner capacity; - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities; - Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.; - Familiarity with API documentation, data flows, UML diagrams, and BPMN; - Very good English language written and verbal communication skills (min. B2 level). • Support the creation of strong data connectivity across Production and its stakeholders to enhance performance • Build impactful reports, tools, and scorecards that surface key business insights • Ensure the correct and complete publication and continuous improvement of production reports essential for business status visibility • Support district and production managers in the different economic, strategic or operational analyses required during the year • Support other departments in the generation of sporadic/ad hoc reports that are critical to the operation • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity to new technologies in data visualization and analytics • Generate technological solutions that enable agility in process response • Interprets and offers preliminary findings/insights leveraging trends from forecast, harvest, and various other data • Be the liaison with IS for the maintenance of databases that allow access to information analysis tools • Develop ETL (extract - transform - load) processes to collect necessary data for processing • Generate base reports and/or train remote users to access information using tools such as Excel or Tableau
