• Elicit and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including user stories, process flows, and data mappings. • Document current and future state processes and system behaviour. • Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data to support solution design and reporting needs. • Understand database structures, relationships, and data flows. • Collaborate with engineering teams to design integrations with internal and third-party systems via RESTful APIs. • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Define user acceptance test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap • Manage the team of PO’s, BA’s and Designer to help execute the product vision • Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life • Collect, manage, maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases • Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents • Work with internal and external stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships • Be the recognised expert in business on the product, the market, relevant technology, the competition • Develop core positioning and messaging for the product • Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients (if B2B) • Lead the virtual product team to ensure delivery of agreed objectives • Monitor, report and improve product performance • Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans • Commission market and competitor research • Develop and deliver training to technical sales support • Collate feedback from sales and customers • Represent the voice of the customer in senior level management meetings • Evangelise the product internally and externally
