• Maintain and enhance Driscoll’s internal control frameworks, ensuring all controls are documented, assigned to owners, and executed in a timely manner. • Act as SME for Oracle RMC, including SoD analysis, sensitive access reviews, and AFC monitoring. • Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to ensure consistent control execution and compliance. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the control environment. • Prepare and present control-related reports and dashboards to leadership. • Support risk assessments by identifying and evaluating emerging risks and recommending mitigation strategies. • Partner with the IS DevOps team to ensure user provisioning processes align with SoD requirements. • Oversee compliance with global trade screening requirements via TradeFlow software (e.g., OFAC, EU sanctions). • Provide training and guidance to control owners and stakeholders on internal control expectations and tools. • Assist in policy and procedure development to ensure alignment with internal control requirements and regulatory expectations. • Participate in system implementation projects to ensure internal controls are embedded in new processes and technologies.

Job Description Canyon GBS is seeking a Product Success Associate to support customer-facing product education, demonstrations, and enablement activities across Advising App and Aiding App. This role blends learning and development, instructional design, and product expertise to help organizations understand the value of our technology and adopt it effectively. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role partners closely with the product, sales, and client experience teams to support demos, product tours, onboarding materials, training sessions, and knowledge base documentation. You will help ensure that customers, prospects, and partners experience our products clearly, consistently, and with confidence. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys teaching complex tools in simple ways, thrives in a fast-growing SaaS environment, and wants to support how Canyon GBS presents and delivers its products to the world. Key Responsibilities Product Demonstrations and Enablement Conduct live product demos for prospects, customers, and partners across Advising App and Aiding App. Support pre-sales discovery with tailored demo workflows and configurable walkthroughs. Lead upsell and expansion demos by showcasing new modules and product updates. Deliver product demonstrations at conferences such as EDUCAUSE, SXSW EDU, and Complete College America. Learning and Development Design and deliver virtual and in-person training for new and existing users. Build product tours, guided walkthroughs, onboarding checklists, and self-paced learning resources. Translate new features into clear training materials and user-friendly instructions. Create instructional content that makes our products easy to learn and adopt. Knowledge Management Maintain the product knowledge base, including feature guides, release summaries, FAQs, and support articles. Document product changes and ensure accuracy across all customer-facing materials. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across content. Event and Partner Support Support the marketing and product teams with demos at conference booths, content capture, and on-site presentations. Travel up to 25 percent for conferences, training engagements, and customer storytelling opportunities. Contribute product expertise to partner-enablement materials and joint presentations. Product Insights and Feedback Loops Track training usage, demo outcomes, and content engagement to refine enablement approaches. Share structured insights with product and client experience teams to inform product updates. Recommend improvements that increase product adoption, onboarding quality, and user confidence. Qualifications
• Support the creation of strong data connectivity across Production and its stakeholders to enhance performance • Build impactful reports, tools, and scorecards that surface key business insights • Ensure the correct and complete publication and continuous improvement of production reports essential for business status visibility • Support district and production managers in the different economic, strategic or operational analyses required during the year • Support other departments in the generation of sporadic/ad hoc reports that are critical to the operation • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity to new technologies in data visualization and analytics • Generate technological solutions that enable agility in process response • Interprets and offers preliminary findings/insights leveraging trends from forecast, harvest, and various other data • Be the liaison with IS for the maintenance of databases that allow access to information analysis tools • Develop ETL (extract - transform - load) processes to collect necessary data for processing • Generate base reports and/or train remote users to access information using tools such as Excel or Tableau
• Lead account engagement strategy to build and support key retail relations • Deliver on our Annual Operating Plan by leading the category planning process • Collaborate with Shopper Marketing to build awareness and confidence in our brand • Analyze Market, Category, Customer and Consumer data • Influence and collaborate on Driscoll’s and the Customer’s promotional and merchandising activities • Be attentive and provide intel into marketplace and customer’s strategies • Closely monitor the sales data and insights for your key accounts • Provide effective cross-functional collaboration with teams • Provide sales support and strategic project support as needed • May supervise other Customer Development Managers for training and team development
