Role Description - Feature development — design, implement, and integrate new functionality using Java 17–21 and the Spring ecosystem; participate in architectural discussions and code reviews; - Application support & maintenance — provide ongoing support, troubleshoot production issues, and fix bugs to ensure high availability and stable performance; - Cloud deployment — manage deployment, configuration, and hosting of applications on AWS infrastructure; contribute to infrastructure improvements; - Data persistence — handle database interactions, schema design, and query optimization using MySQL and Hibernate ORM; - Build management — use Gradle and Maven for dependency management and build automation; - Technical ownership — contribute to architectural decisions, propose and evaluate technical solutions, and drive continuous improvement of the codebase. Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to its continued growth. Location and type of contract: - Warsaw (Poland) - fully remote work (B2B contract); - Vilnius (Lithuania) - hybrid/remote (B2B or employment contract). What You'll Do: - Architect, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Angular and/or React depending on the project stack; - Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features; - Lead technical discussions and code reviews, enforcing quality standards and best practices; - Drive improvements in frontend performance, accessibility, and developer experience; - Participate in project estimations, sprint planning, and cross-team sync meetings; - Mentor mid-level and junior frontend developers within the team; - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing: tech talks, documentation, coding guidelines. Location and type of contract: - Warsaw (Poland) - fully remote work (B2B contract) Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders; - Translate high-level goals into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria; - Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with product managers; - Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams; - Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities; - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; - Support QA teams with test case validation and UAT coordination; - Help define and track key metrics and KPIs for product success.
