Account Manager

• Manage active accounts and client relationships • Lead onboarding meetings, check-ins, and executive alignment sessions • Identify churn risks and execute recovery/retention plans • Negotiate scope, pricing, timelines, and contract renewals • Identify and map opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and scope expansion • Monitor payments and follow up on past-due accounts • Serve as the interface between clients and internal teams • Update CRM (Pipedrive) and record interactions

Job Requirements

  • Experience in account management or post-sales in IT / Cloud / SaaS
  • Experience with commercial negotiation and contract renewals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM (preferably Pipedrive)
  • Advanced English
