• Maintain frequent communication with international clients, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and follow-up on deliverables; • Ensure continuous organization and updating of project documentation and related records; • Monitor the progress of activities, identifying risks, deviations and opportunities for improvement throughout execution; • Act as the integration point between technical teams, business areas and stakeholders, promoting ongoing alignment; • Manage performance indicators related to schedule, budget, scope and quality of deliverables; • Lead agile ceremonies and routines, such as daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews and retrospectives.

• Develop and evolve chatbots and AI solutions based on LLMs. • Integrate and customize AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. • Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI techniques for text analysis, retrieval, and generation. • Develop solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), integrating LLMs with knowledge bases and vector databases. • Create, maintain, and optimize AI APIs for integration with internal and external systems. • Work with LLM engineering and structured outputs, using JSON, function calling, and output validation. • Support the development of multi-agent systems with LLMs, using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AWS AI Agents, or Agent Development Kit (ADK).

• Manage active accounts and client relationships • Lead onboarding meetings, check-ins, and executive alignment sessions • Identify churn risks and execute recovery/retention plans • Negotiate scope, pricing, timelines, and contract renewals • Identify and map opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and scope expansion • Monitor payments and follow up on past-due accounts • Serve as the interface between clients and internal teams • Update CRM (Pipedrive) and record interactions
