ClericCleric is an AI-powered agent designed to manage and resolve issues in production environments autonomously. It uses an LLM based reasoning engine to react to, interpret, and implement solutions to production issues.
Join us at Cleric We're building an autonomous AI agent that investigates and resolves production incidents. When something breaks at 2am, Cleric figures out why and tells engineers what's actually wrong. It's in production at high-scale companies today. This is uncommon territory for a designer. The interfaces for AI agents don't exist yet, and you'll be inventing them. How do you build trust in an autonomous system? How do you make reasoning legible without overwhelming? These are the problems. About the role You'll own design across brand, web, marketing, and product. The brand is still taking shape, so you'll define it, not just execute within it. You'll work with a creative director on strategy and a development team on implementation, but the design decisions are yours. We care about craft. When engineers look at Cleric, we want them to feel like they're using something that was made with intention. What you'll do Define and evolve Cleric's visual identity, including illustration styles, typography, and design systems. Design product interfaces alongside our product team, with a focus on how users interact with AI Build brand materials for conferences, events, and campaigns Create technical diagrams and architecture visualizations that explain complex systems clearly Design landing pages, solution pages, and marketing sections for technical audiences Ship work through rapid iteration with founders and the team You have 5+ years of experience in visual and product design A portfolio showing B2B SaaS or developer tools work Strong ability to represent abstract technical concepts visually Experience building and maintaining design systems in Figma A working style that's collaborative and iterative Opinions about design, and comfort defending them You are Curious about how engineers think and what they respond to Constantly researching how the best products handle design, UX, and brand Thinking about how AI changes interface design and user expectations Plugged into the developer tools space Nice to have Animation and motion design skills Background in observability, infrastructure, or DevOps Experience designing for AI products How we work Small team, full ownership Direct feedback, no politics We share work early and refine together Remote, with async collaboration across timezones AI-native: we build with AI constantly Interview process Intro call Portfolio review with founders Paid test project based on real Cleric work Team conversations
