• Learn the building design process and the pursuit process • Attend client meetings with senior technical staff members and prepare meeting notes documenting relevant decisions and discussions • Prepare Revit models and/or AutoCAD drawings • Assist with specification preparation and design calculations • Research technical product information • Assist other technical staff members with job site inspections to determine existing conditions and extent of progress made by contractors • Perform delegated tasks from senior staff • Attend and contribute to internal team, discipline, and project meetings • Regularly document, update, and maintain team-related processes, workflows, and best practices • Perform other work-related duties as assigned • Ensure timesheets/expense reports are accurate and up-to-date daily • Achieve billed revenue target each quarter

• Create and expand visual concepts for integrated campaigns, product launches, and institutional projects. • Develop robust Key Visuals (KVs) that serve as a guide for the rest of the team. • Ensure consistency and the evolution of Arco's visual identity across multiple channels. • Work in direct partnership with Senior Copywriters to build powerful narratives (creative duo). • Actively participate in brainstorms and creative strategy meetings. • Explore and apply Generative AI to accelerate the creation of complex assets and prototyping.

• Contribute to industrial design for consumer hardware products, primarily the smart ring • Develop form, structure, and detailed design solutions • Work closely with hardware engineers to balance aesthetics, structure, and manufacturability • Support CMF (color, material, finish) exploration and decisions • Iterate quickly based on feedback and constraints • Deliver production-ready design outputs (CAD, renders, manufacturing guidance) • Communicate with factories or suppliers when needed to validate designs

• Build and maintain websites using no-code/low-code platforms • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical insights • Deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly websites • Engage in monthly network feedback sessions to enhance service quality • Participate in application review and technical proficiency tests during beta vetting process
