Job Requirements
- Professional fluency in both German and English
- Solid foundational understanding of machine learning principles
- At least 1–2 years of professional working experience in data annotation
- Active AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification
- Strong writing skills for structured rationales in AI data labeling tasks
- Experience providing academic or technical support in a virtual setting
- Experience working with remote teams using digital communication tools
- Ability to use spreadsheet tools to track progress and identify errors

Compensation Certain US jurisdictions require ghSMART to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. Compensation for this role in the United States includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package.
