• Help maintain a high-quality, scalable, and well-controlled finance function • Partner with the Controller to lead a timely, accurate, and well‑coordinated monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close process • Deliver high‑quality management reporting, including variance analysis and trend insights • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, documentation, and review procedures • Coordinate effectively with external auditors and internal partners • Identify and help implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate accounting workflows • Serve as a trusted finance partner to internal stakeholders • Help build a high-performing accounting function by reinforcing expectations and managing team members as needed

• Lead ghSMART’s enterprise information security program as the firm’s internal expert, driving strategy, operations, and continuous improvement. • Develop, align, and execute the firm’s information security roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities and risk tolerance. • Define, implement, and continuously improve information security policies, standards, controls, and incident response practices, with a goal of aligning to a framework such as the ISO 27001. • Manage key security vendor relationships, including the external SOC, balancing impact, risk, and budget. • Foster a strong culture of security awareness across the firm and provide effective change management as security practices evolve. • Oversee ghSMART’s Azure environment and enterprise Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Windows endpoint management, ensuring secure and scalable systems. • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing IT Support team, setting standards for service excellence, reliability, and security while ensuring highly responsive support for all employees. • Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT hardware and digital infrastructure, including provisioning, employee onboarding, offboarding, and device management. • Own and oversee all technology spend, including software, hardware, and outsourced services, ensuring responsible budgeting and cost management.

What You’ll Do As a Machine Learning & Data Engineer, you will leverage ghSMART’s extensive, structured leadership dataset to build advanced AI solutions/agents and create new RAG‑based solutions. You’ll contribute to the evolution of our ghSMART Leadership Intelligence Platform, help drive research initiatives, and collaborate with academic partners. You will also support both data engineering and AI engineering efforts, ensuring systems, pipelines, and models work cohesively to power leadership insights at scale. Responsibilities Design, build, and extend ML models (LLMs and traditional ML) that deliver high-accuracy insights from ghSMART’s structured leadership dataset; own end-to-end experimentation, evaluation, and deployment. Develop RAG-based agents and algorithms to unlock novel leadership insights from our research database. Integrate advanced solutions and AI Agents into the Leadership Intelligence Platform and partner cross-functionally to align features with strategic objectives and user needs. Optimize data pipelines and workflows to ensure robust, efficient data ingestion, transformation, and model serving across engineering teams. Collaborate on research with academic partners and contribute to publications and thought leadership by validating findings with rigorous methods. You Bring 5+ years of ML engineering experience building and shipping large-scale models and systems (training, tuning, inference, MLOps, monitoring). Hands-on expertise with RAG frameworks and LLMs, including designing retrieval strategies, prompt orchestration, evaluation, and deployment at scale. Experience building AI agents via the LangChain, LangGraph framework is a plus. Strong data engineering fundamentals across pipelines, data quality, and feature engineering to support reliable ML workflows. Experience with Databricks and Azure is a plus. Security and privacy mindset, with experience applying best practices to protect sensitive data in ML systems. Compensation Certain US jurisdictions require ghSMART to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. We are built on a culture of freedom and flexibility, we operate fully remotely, and our team members balance deeply energizing, high intensity work, with flexible schedules to support life outside of work. Our compensation model reflects these values. Compensation for this role in the United States includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package. You should reasonably expect a base salary of $160,000 - $175,000. In addition, we offer an annual discretionary performance bonus. • Deliver exceptional IT support services ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction. • Resolve technology issues and execute security and compliance processes. • Provide outstanding service to stakeholders ensuring productivity of executives and staff. • Maintain and monitor technology systems for security, compliance, and reliability. • Serve as the main point of contact for technology support responding to IT issues and requests. • Track, manage, and resolve help desk tickets with clear communication.

• Calculate and track commissions, bonuses, and 401K contributions, ensuring timely submission to Payroll and reporting to recipients. • Prepare journal entries to record all payroll activity, commissions, and bonus accruals for all of our operations world-wide. • Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts to payroll reports and insurance invoices. • Prepare and/or maintain various analyses related to compensation data, as requested by the Controller or other stakeholders. • Provide training on commission processes and answer questions regarding commission calculations. • Provide appropriate and accurate documentation and support as requested by auditors, tax authorities, and other service providers on a timely basis. • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
