• The Curriculum Developer will play a key role in building the content for Correlation One's new Aerospace Technician program, which prepares working adults for skilled technician roles in commercial aerospace manufacturing. • This person will be responsible for designing and writing lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises — delivered virtually and supplemented by shipped practice kits — that build foundational aerospace manufacturing skills including engineering drawing interpretation, precision measurement, materials handling, introductory soldering, and aerospace safety standards. • A successful curriculum developer will have hands-on aerospace or advanced manufacturing technician experience and will work closely with Correlation One's Learning Experience Design team and employer subject-matter experts to ensure curriculum aligns with validated skill requirements. • Review and advise on proposed curriculum for course to ensure the correct concepts are included • Develop lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises (including kit-based virtual labs) that cover foundational skills for aerospace technicians. • Iterate on curriculum based on feedback from employer SMEs, ensuring content stays aligned with current aerospace industry standards, tooling, and certification pathways (e.g., OSHA 10, GD&T, IPC J-STD-001 prep) • Collaborate with other curriculum developers and Peer Review lessons, leaving feedback for improvements • Review lessons and QA exercises, documenting any changes in QA Documentation. • (if necessary) Weekly and ad hoc meetings: Participate in weekly meetings with the C1 content developer to ensure the team is on track to prepare all curriculum and related materials, answer questions, discuss any relevant decisions, etc. • Deploy content on the platform (training will be provided)

Role Description Lead Instructors at Correlation One are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and partnering with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Their main focus as educators is to conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training anywhere from 100 to 8,000+ diverse Fellows at a time, depending on the program. This role involves preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, collaborating with operations personnel, and contributing to the overall success of the program. Program Specific Information - The exact dates and times for this program are currently TBD, with an anticipated launch for mid July of 2026. - Proactively identifying instructors for this program and will provide updates when exact dates/times are confirmed. Virtual Classroom Leadership - Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of Fellows, which may vary in size from 200 to 8,000+. - Deliver instruction on skills tailored to Learners' needs, including math, verbal reasoning, and technical problem-solving. - Oversee the management of class time Q&A and monitor chat flow, and overall class energy and engagement dynamics. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related technical environments (Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites preferred). - Familiarity with technician-level skills aligned to aerospace roles, including: - Blueprint reading - Precision measurement tools - Hands-on work in structures, assembly & integration, or composites (e.g., drilling/fastening, system assembly, torque application, or composite layup/bonding) - Comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office). - Experience with safety and quality standards (e.g., OSHA, 5S, FOD). - Experience working from written work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality specifications in a production or aerospace environment. - Demonstrated depth in at least one of the following: Structures (drilling, fastening, structural assembly), Assembly & Integration (system assembly, fluid systems, harness routing), or Composites (layup, bonding, surface prep). - Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects. - Ability to deliver engaging instruction in a live, virtual environment at scale. - Strong communication and presentation skills. A day in the life - Prior to the program launch, instructors complete the required administrative instructor training. Classes are virtual – taught over Zoom and other virtual learning technologies like Slack. - Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” within a larger program; these typically consist of hundreds of learners; instruction purview includes: - Instruct learners using Cybersecurity content provided by Correlation One - Prepare in advance for all assigned live sessions and provide curricular input and feedback ahead of sessions. - Offer additional expertise and resources from the Cybersecurity community. - In some cases, instructors can create casework and curriculum when they are interested and for additional compensation. Dates and times will be announced. - Monitor appropriate Slack channels (#c1-TA, #live-chat, #extra-help, and other relevant channels) for Learner questions and answer them promptly. - Check-in with Learners after each live session by asking how they’re feeling about the content, if they have any questions, or if there is anything that they need further clarity. - Facilitate breakout rooms during lecture time, when applicable. - Assist in keeping the session progressing should the Lead Instructor experience technical difficulty or is otherwise unable to deliver the lecture. Expectations during days of no live sessions: - Monitor appropriate Slack channels for Learner questions and answer them within 24 hours. - Foster discussion by posing questions of your own and sharing relevant links in the #resources channel or in other appropriate Slack channels. - Use the #c1-TA channel to share any important information during a lecture that needs the attention of Correlation One staff or fellow Expert Network staff. - Review content materials (including lab, projects, extended cases, etc..) for the next lecture to ensure you are prepared to answer Learner questions. - Hold up to six (6) Individual Office Hours per week via Google Meets with Learners in the program so they can ask any additional questions or get support as necessary. - Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects within seven (7) days of submission. - Support continuous program improvement by providing thoughtful feedback to Correlation One team via Weekly Write Ups. - Submit weekly write-ups summarizing the week’s accomplishments and challenges and provide insights on each learner. This is due by Sunday at 8:00pm ET each week. - Attend and participate in the weekly staff meeting with Correlation One team and other Expert Network staff. - Attend all scheduled meetings with your camera on, ensuring active engagement and professional presence.
