Project Manager – Weekend Role
Pureprofile
• Responsible for supporting delivery teams’ day to day by covering administrative and project management tasks • Juggle several tasks across a high volume of projects • Collaborate with numerous team units • Assistance with project operations and delivery • Managing delivery end to end for risk free projects • Managing top up/competitor client quoting and delivery of won opportunities • Reviewing survey questionnaire against project specifications • Define the project plan details including timeline, resources required, and potential roadblocks • Basic scripting/programming fulfilment • Updating project specs into a statement of work • Monitor field progress, problem solving and identification and implementation of solutions • Data and quality assurance checks actioned • Data and report generation • Effective and proactive stakeholder management both internally and externally
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in a client facing role
- Experience supporting a team
- Experience with task management
- Excellence in organisational and time management skills

• Build, maintain, and version-control the Integrated Master Schedule using MS Project. • Collaborate with task leads to refine timelines, resource assignments, and dependencies. • Provide schedule risk insights and recommend mitigation strategies. • Update and maintain the Business Roadmap Tool. • Deliver proactive schedule reporting to program leadership and government stakeholders.
