• support the Sales team with administrative tasks • using Salesforce to create opportunities, quotes and invoices • run feasibility on new briefs from the team • understand and utilise different research platforms • updating CRM system to ensure all opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and meetings are tracked • learning & understanding the Pureprofile offering to current and prospective clients • working closely with Account Directors and Managers in the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations • proactively engaging with clients for repeat business • liaising with vendors and internal operations for projects • collaborating with Project Management teams to ensure excellent service

• Responsible for supporting delivery teams’ day to day by covering administrative and project management tasks • Juggle several tasks across a high volume of projects • Work with numerous team units • Proactively resolve any project issues • Help support the wider team with training or project-related queries • Manage delivery end to end for risk-free projects • Monitor field progress, solve problems, and implement solutions • Ensure detailed project briefs are documented and updated in CRM

• Responsible for excellent standards of survey programming and data delivery • Leading business from survey programming end for specific clients • Managing tasks with small team, utilizing resource efficiently • Knowledge sharing with team and helping Jr. programmers learn new things • Communicating with PM and PC proactively for flawless delivery

• Management of all research related tasks from end to end – objectives and research needs exploration, questionnaire design, survey testing, fieldwork coordination, data processing guidance, analysis plan, interpretation of data, and presentation to clients • Assist Client Solutions team in research design and proposal process • Analyse research data to draw actionable insights and recommendations • Run mini polls where needed to substantiate proposals, or for content creation • Secondary data research where applicable • Brainstorming of ideas to improve insights delivery to clients • Creation of case studies, by combining learnings and best practices from completed studies • Remain informed on market trends and research methodologies to apply in day-to-day work • Drive actionable results and insights from data collected and consult clients on key takeaways to address their business needs and wants • Foster strategic client relationship by executing external workshops with clients for topics such as “How to do Pricing Research” • Advise clients on types of research/methodologies to consider.

• Own the end-to-end credit control process across a diverse, global client base • Proactively manage debtor ledgers to drive timely collections and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) • Support collections activity alongside the Collections Specialist, including escalation of complex or high-value accounts • Review and set credit limits, conduct credit checks, and manage risk exposure • Partner with Sales and Client Services to resolve billing disputes quickly and professionally • Lead onboarding of new clients into internal systems and external client portals • Ensure accurate setup of billing entities, payment terms, and invoicing workflows • Serve as the primary finance contact for all client onboarding queries • Continuously refine onboarding processes to improve client experience and reduce time-to-active • Work closely with the Financial Accountant and Accounts Assistant to deliver strong AR outcomes • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams across global markets • Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on shared results • Identify and implement improvements to AR processes, systems, and reporting workflows • Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance, aging analysis, and risk exposure • Support month-end close activities related to receivables

• Actively participate in project briefings, ensuring full understanding of project requirements • Recruit respondents based on specific screening criteria provided by project team • Telephone screen respondents to assess and validate participant eligibility • Schedule confirmed participants and manage updates to systems accordingly • Provide regular updates to project managers on recruitment status • Flag recruitment challenges or data quality concerns to project manager
