Research Solutions
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by acquiring new clients. • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. • Conduct discovery and demo calls, effectively qualifying and presenting our SaaS solutions to potential clients. • Utilize Solution Selling techniques to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. • Develop and deliver compelling client proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our solutions that address critical business issues for prospects. • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience,with at least 2 years in enterprise/corporate accounts; preferably selling into life science organizations (R&D, Product Development, Post Market Surveillance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy).
- Confidence to sell to mid-level managers as well as VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.
- Proven ability to close complex deals with larger organizations, from procurement to close.
- Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French strongly preferred.
- Strong inner drive and a proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas and goals.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others.
- Highly coachable with a growth mindset and comfort in testing new approaches.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use words intentionally to gain insightful responses.
- Experienced with online tools for sales and collaboration (e.g., Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Teams, Zoominfo).
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and remote environment.
