• Act as the primary point-of-contact for all technical activities and incidents post launch for assigned customer • Work closely with legal and finance teams to create the new contracts and renewal of the existing customer contracts. • Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes • Conduct regular technical account reviews, architectural reviews, product trainings and workshops, providing insights and analytics • Be an expert in V-Key’s products and the underlying architecture and provide effective technical consultation to customer • Responsible for managing the team’s day-to-day operational and ensuring that the team follows the customer implementation process and V-Key’s Internal Process through an assigned Service Delivery Manager • Ensure deliveries/patches delivered on time with good quality • Analyse customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements and demands • Ensure Service Delivery Manager facilitates incident, problem and change management to ensure all reported issues are resolved as per pre-defined SLA • Work closely with customer’s internal IT team to plan and align V-Key’s resources with the road map and timeline • Work closely with V-Key’s product team to communicate product new releases to customer • Prepare and submit periodical report for all Incidents with the defect details with the status to customer • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ie. internal product development, QA, Customer support and Customer Technical team) to resolve incidents and problems through Service Delivery Manager

• Lead the full month-end close and ensure reporting accuracy. • Prepare complete management reporting pack including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs, commentary. • Ensure compliance with SFRS/IFRS. • Review all GL schedules (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, intercompany, etc). • Drive a fast and discipline close cycle. • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly consolidation. • Perform intercompany matching, eliminations, and consolidation journals. • Ensure timely, accurate consolidation for parent reporting. • Lead annual budgeting. • Produce monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts. • Build financial models and scenario analysis. • Present insights and recommendations to management. • Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, margins, costs, and variances. • Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. • Support tenders, pricing analysis, and business cases. • Prepare full audit schedules and act as first point of contact for auditors. • Work with the Singapore AFM on GST, corporate tax, and XBRL/ACRA compliance. • Collaborate with AFM (SG), who handles treasury operations and payments. • Lead and coach the India Accountant & Revenue Accountant. • Set clear expectations, deadlines, and quality standards. • Improve SOPs, controls, reporting templates, and efficiency. • Support finance system enhancements and automation initiatives. • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned.

• Research into threats (such as root/jailbreak and hiding thereof, app tampering, runtime tampering, etc.) in mobile phone operating systems and applications on Android / iOS / Harmony OS Next. • Work with the team to develop protection mechanisms through reverse engineering, vulnerability research, exploitation and mitigation techniques and mobile/embedded development. • Work with the team to perform penetration test on V-Key’s products and applications. • Work with the team to script attacks and defences for mobile devices in general and for mobile applications. • Develop customer-facing security attack and defense demonstrations. • Work with the team on security solutions architectures involving not just the mobile device, but also other networked components, leveraging authentication protocols (OAuth2, FIDO2, etc.), and understanding and assessing cryptographic protocols and algorithms as needed.

• Learn and apply mobile development concepts for Android and iOS. • Understand our Solutions(SDK) and assist customers in integrating SDKs into their apps, following best practices and mobile lifecycle guidelines. • Support in designing, coding, testing, and deploying secure mobile applications. • Collaborate with senior developers and solution architects to deliver customer-focused integrations. • Stay updated with mobile technologies, frameworks, and security trends.

• Develop cutting edge features/product line for V-Key • Write high quality code in terms of functionality, modularity, security and compatibility • Code highly concurrent, efficient and scalable public APIs for user base in the range of multi-millions • Close coordination with Product Owners and Chapter Leads on timelines and expected delivery milestones of the user stories/features • Keeping on top of new technologies & techniques and evaluate them to improve overall engineering practices • For on-premises model, deploy V-Key’s products within customer’s backend ecosystem and provide on-site support to customers when needed • Act as L2/L3 support and work with customer support team on issues related to V-Key products • Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions using Root Cause Analysis for reported issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ie. internal product development, QA, Customer support and Customer Technical team) to resolve incidents and problems • Assist in guiding the junior members in the development team on Server development skills and best practises.
