Senior Staffing Manager
Dev.Pro
• Contribute to efficient hiring for various IT projects • Act as a liaison between delivery and recruitment teams • Support and strengthen strategic staffing efforts • Ensure smooth collaboration across departments and stakeholders • Accumulate and maintain structured project-specific staffing knowledge • Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivery, and recruitment teams • Ensure clear communication and hiring progress visibility across stakeholders • Present projects at hiring events, interviews, and offers • Contribute to the development of hiring strategies in collaboration with delivery and recruitment • Assist internal teams in preparing resources for future staffing needs • Escalate hiring issues and address blockers promptly • Facilitate info-heavy meetings like kick-offs, interviews, and offers • Share project-specific hiring knowledge with recruiters and technical experts • Monitor hiring outcomes and provide feedback for process improvements • Help manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and conflict resolution
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing roles
- Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strong conflict resolution and expectation management abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret staffing metrics and KPIs
- High level of ownership and accountability, adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Understanding of labor market dynamics, trends, and staffing risks (Desirable)
- Proficiency with staffing or HR tools, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets (Desirable)
